2. Concept and Composition of Personal Data

2.1. The list of personal data subject to protection at FUTURE IN is formed in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

2.2. FUTURE IN processes and protects personal data (including surname, first name, place of work, position, contact phone number, email address, etc.) of Visitors to the FUTURE IN Website https://futureinapps.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website), as well as personal data received at the corporate email address customers@futureinapps.com, ending with @futureinapps.com (hereinafter referred to as Corporate Email), of subjects who have expressed Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as Consent) by sending information through selected forms (hereinafter referred to as Forms) on the Website pages or by sending an email. The moment of acceptance of Consent is the marking of the corresponding field in the Form and clicking the submit button of the Form on any page of the Website, as well as clicking the send button of an email containing the subject's personal data to the Corporate Email address.

2.3. While browsing the FUTURE IN Website, reading texts and downloading other information, automatic registration of certain data about the computer from which the Website Visitor views the FUTURE IN Website occurs. When viewing the FUTURE IN Website, the following information is collected:

• date and time of visiting the Website;
• number of pages visited, their names, as well as viewing duration;
• IP address assigned to the device for Internet access;
• browser type and operating system;
• URL of the website from which the transition was made.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

3.1. Processing of personal data of Website Visitors is carried out for such purposes as:

• sending Website Visitors reference and marketing information by sending messages to the email address specified by Website Visitors;
• providing Visitors with the opportunity to provide feedback to FUTURE IN;
• providing Website Visitors with consultations on issues related to the services provided, for the purposes of marketing activities and support of Website Visitors, as well as for other purposes not contrary to the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the terms of agreements between FUTURE IN and the relevant Website visitors.

4. Principles and Conditions of Personal Data Processing

4.1. Personal data processing by FUTURE IN is based on the following principles:

• legality and fair basis;
• limitation to achieving specific, predetermined and legitimate purposes;
• preventing the processing of personal data incompatible with the purposes of collecting personal data;
• preventing the merging of databases containing personal data, the processing of which is carried out for purposes incompatible with each other;
• the content and volume of processed personal data must correspond to the stated purposes of processing;
• storage of personal data is carried out in a form that allows identifying the subject of personal data for no longer than required by the purposes of processing personal data, unless the storage period of personal data is established by federal law, a contract to which the subject of personal data is a party, beneficiary or guarantor;
• other principles provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.

4.2. FUTURE IN processes personal data if at least one of the following conditions is met:

• the subject of personal data has given Consent to the processing of personal data;
• processing of personal data is necessary for the exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of FUTURE IN to achieve socially significant goals, provided that the rights and freedoms of the subject of personal data are not violated;
• processing of personal data is carried out for statistical or other research purposes, subject to mandatory depersonalization of personal data;
• other conditions provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Personal Data Subject

5.1. The personal data subject has the right to:

• require clarification of their personal data, their updating, blocking or destruction;
• receive a list of their personal data processed by FUTURE IN, the source of their receipt, information about the processing periods of their personal data, including storage periods, and other information about the processing of their personal data;
• require notification of all persons to whom their incorrect or incomplete personal data were previously communicated about all corrections or additions made;
• appeal in the established manner against unlawful actions or inaction in the processing of their personal data.

5.2. Website Visitors undertake to provide only reliable data about themselves.

5.3. Consent to the processing of personal data is issued by the Visitor for the entire period necessary for FUTURE IN to achieve the purposes of processing.

5.4. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn by the Visitor by sending a written application to the Corporate Email address customers@futureinapps.com.

5.5. Persons who have transmitted information about another personal data subject to FUTURE IN through the Website without the consent of the subject whose personal data was transmitted are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Rights and Obligations of FUTURE IN

6.1. FUTURE IN never requests information from the Website Visitor about their race, nationality, political views, religious and philosophical beliefs, health status, or intimate life.

6.2. In the course of processing personal data, FUTURE IN has the right to carry out: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of the Visitor's personal data.

6.3. In case of participation of Visitors in events organized by FUTURE IN, the latter has the right to disclose the relevant personal data of Visitors to persons participating in the organization of such an event.

6.4. FUTURE IN is not entitled to transfer personal data of Website Visitors to a third party except for the following persons:

• authorized state bodies within their powers;
• persons to whom FUTURE IN is obliged to transfer them in order to comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• persons to whom FUTURE IN transfers personal data in order to fulfill a contract with the subject of personal data;
• persons to whom FUTURE IN entrusts the processing of personal data;
• successors of FUTURE IN upon its reorganization;
• other persons with the consent of the personal data subject.

6.5. FUTURE IN is not entitled to communicate the personal data of the Website Visitor for commercial purposes without their consent. Processing of the Visitor's personal data for the purpose of promoting goods, works, services on the market by making direct contacts with a potential consumer using means of communication is allowed only with the prior consent of the Visitor.

6.6. FUTURE IN undertakes to warn persons who have received the Visitor's personal data that this data can only be used for the purposes for which it was communicated, and to require these persons to confirm that this rule has been observed.

6.7. Persons who have received the Visitor's personal data are obliged to maintain secrecy (confidentiality).

6.8. FUTURE IN processes and carries out measures to protect personal data of Website Visitors in accordance with the provisions of this Policy, as well as other documents issued by FUTURE IN.

7. Ensuring Protection and Security of Personal Data

7.1. FUTURE IN applies appropriate standards of technological and operational security to protect information provided by Website Visitors from unauthorized access, disclosure, distortion, blocking or destruction.

7.2. The measures applied at FUTURE IN include:

• appointment of a person responsible for organizing the processing of personal data;
• application of legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data;
• assessment of harm that may be caused to personal data subjects in case of violation of legal requirements, the ratio of harm and security measures taken by FUTURE IN;
• use of protected premises with differentiated access for placing servers of personal data information systems, as well as the use of lockable cabinets for storing paper media of personal data;
• familiarization of FUTURE IN employees directly processing personal data with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data;
• control over the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data.

7.3. Access to personal data is provided only to authorized employees of FUTURE IN who have undertaken to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

8. Storage of Personal Data

8.1. Personal data of Website Visitors is stored for the period necessary for the purposes for which such data was provided or for the period provided for by law.

8.2. Upon achievement of the purposes/expiration of the period for processing personal data, the personal data of Website Visitors is destroyed.

9. Log Information, Cookies and Web Beacons Technologies

9.1. The FUTURE IN Website collects standard session log information, including IP address, browser type and language, as well as data on the time of visit and the address of websites from which links were followed. In order to ensure effective management of the Website and assist in customizing the user interface, FUTURE IN may use cookies (small text files stored in the visitor's browser) or web beacons (electronic images) together with tracking pixels, allowing the Website to count the number of visitors who have accessed a certain page and provide access to certain cookie files.

The collected standard information is used exclusively for statistical purposes. FUTURE IN does not use personal data to personally identify any of the Visitors. However, when authorizing registered Visitors on the Website, FUTURE IN may use this information in combination with information obtained through data analysis tools and cookie files to analyze how visitors use the Website.

10.2. All relations with the participation of FUTURE IN concerning the processing and protection of personal data and not directly reflected in this Policy are regulated according to the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.

10.3. Control over the fulfillment of the requirements of this Policy is carried out by the person responsible for organizing the processing of personal data at FUTURE IN.
